The Stereotypical Creepypasta, in Rhyme

It was last Saturday, where I was in fright,
When I got a peculiar text on my smartphone.
"Please watch the video by midnight tonight."
Oh boy, more spam! I groaned.
However, the text message was from Craig,
A long-time friend of mine from Maine.
But why would my friend send something vague?
Clearly, he would not send a text to feign.
So, foolish me, I asked him why.
But he said nothing, but a website link.
It leads to a strange website I can't identify,
Which made me start to bethink.
The link sends me to a video in Chinese,
Which my reaction was distraught.
It shows an old man with Alzheimer's Disease,
who was crying, "Please, no please! I cannot!"
Then someone came behind him,
Wearing a mask and a rusty gaff.
He constantly stabbed him, limb to limb.
And he proceeds to laugh, laugh, and laugh.
This was a horrible task.
Why did my friend send a snuff clip?
But the man took off the mask,
It was my friend.
And now, I'm dead.
